The OECD’s work on corporate governance of non-listed companies aims to identify the corporate governance challenges faced by non-listed companies and the role of the public policy framework in supporting good governance of non-listed companies. The Global Network for Corporate Governance of Non-Listed Companies was launched at the International Experts Meeting held in Istanbul in April 2005. The Network brings together policy-makers and practitioners from around the world to better understand global corporate governance challenges for non-listed companies.
