L’octroi de crédits à l’exportation bénéficiant d’un soutien public à des acheteurs publics et garantis par les pouvoirs publics des PFR doit respecter les pratiques en matière de financement soutenable (c’est-à-dire favoriser le progrès économique et social du pays emprunteur sans compromettre son équilibre financier futur ni ses perspectives de développement à long terme).
