This new online tool was developed by the EAP Task Force secretariat to provide access to information on partnerships developed and implemented in countries of Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia (EECCA) since 2002 to facilitate and support the achievement of the objectives of the EECCA Environment Strategy. The database is available in English and Russian.

This annual report contains the review of 2005 OECD activities and studies relating to sustainable development. Although cross-cutting work is increasing, the OECD could do more to integrate the three pillars of sustainable development – economic, environmental and social – in its analyses.

All countries should have national sustainable development strategies in place, but many still lack strategies and others fall short of good practices in terms of long-term perspectives, integrated government approaches, consultation with stakeholders, realistic targets, etc.
