Dans une lettre adressée à M. Angel Gurría, Secrétaire général de l’OCDE, la République de Saint Marin a annoncé sa volonté de renforcer sa participation aux efforts internationaux pour lutter contre le non respect des législations fiscales des autres pays, en concluant des accords bilatéraux d’échange de renseignements dans tous les domaines concernant la fiscalité, conformément à la norme de l’OCDE.

A la suite des nouveaux accords d’échange de renseignements fiscaux signés ces derniers jours par l’Ile de Man, Jersey et Guernesey, ces trois juridictions ont à présent conclu des accords de ce type avec un grand nombre de leurs principaux partenaires économiques.
