New OECD Environmental Outlook to 2030 -- due out early 2008

OECD is developing a new OECD Environmental Outlook to 2030. It will update and extend the projections from the 2001 Outlook, focus on new and emerging issues, and provide detailed analysis of specific policies. OECD is working closely with other Organisations producing environment-related Outlooks.

The report, produced in response to OECD Ministers' call for an OECD input to the WSSD, assesses the contribution made by OECD countries, both at home and internationally, and brings together the main lessons learned through the Organisation's extensive work on sustainable development.
