This version of the Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits replaces the March 2011 version [TAD/PG(2011)4]. It includes all modifications agreed to the Arrangement, including its Annexes, and is effective as from 1 September 2011.

2009 Minimum Premium Rates for Category 2 & 3 Aircraft Transaction under the ASU.
In accordance with Article 37 a) 3) of the Aircraft Sector Understanding on Export Credits for Civil Aircraft (the ASU), the Participants to the ASU have agreed to new 2009 minimum premium rates for category 2 and Category 3 aircraft transaction.
Tables 2 a) and 2 b) below replace prevailing Tables 2 a) and 2 b) in Section 3 of Appendix III of the ASU.

On the 8 - 9 November 2007, the Participants to the Aircraft Sector Understanding (ASU) met in Paris at the OECD for their first substantive discussions following the entry into force of the ASU last July.

The Participants to that Sector Understanding decided in 2005 to review its provisions and Brazil joined these discussions. A revised Sector Understanding on Export Credits for Civil Aircraft came into force on 1 July 2007

The Participants to the Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits agreed on the revised text of the 2003 Ex Ante Guidance for Tied Aid at their 94th Meeting held in April 2005. This updated Ex Ante Guidance reflects the recent body of experience derived from the individual projects evaluated during 1995 to 2004 under the tied aid rules (the so-called "Helsinki Disciplines") of the Arrangement, implemented since 1992.
