This report presents a summary of enforcement activities against spam, providing an overview of the nature and extent of powers possessed by enforcement authorities in different countries. It aims to provide the basis for discussion on how to improve the capacity of these agencies to effectively respond to spam complaints and improve co-operation with foreign counterparts.
