Industrial production refers to the goods produced by establishments engaged in mining (including oil extraction), manufacturing, and production of electricity, gas and water. These are categories C, D and E of the International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities Rev.3, (compatible with NACE Rev.1). |
Focus
The Manual includes indicators that are essential for comparability across OECD countries and the investigation of entrepreneurship, namely indicators of employer enterprises, and, importantly, high growth enterprises, particularly young high-growth enterprises, referred to here as "gazelles".
