This spreadsheet contains data from the OECD International Regulation Database that are used to calculate the indicator of licenses and permits system in 1998 and 2003. This indicator reflects the use of ‘one-stop shops’ and ‘silence is consent’ rules for getting information on and issuing licenses and permits and is one of 16 low-level indicators in the system of indicators of Product Market Regulation. |
