Brazil, China, India and South Africa to tackle food and agriculture challenges with OECD

How does support to the farming sectors of Brazil, China, India and South Africa compare with the agricultural policies adopted in OECD countries? What roles do these policies play in reducing rural poverty and inequality? Senior food and agriculture officials from these rapidly-evolving economies and their counterparts from OECD countries will be tackling such questions when they meet for an unprecedented series of talks on domestic and trade policy issues on 14 and 15 June in Paris.
