OECD Reviews on "Local Innovation Systems and Entrepreneurship"
The OECD LEED Programme launched in 2006 this series of reviews which aim at providing policy recommendations to the participating country/region and its partners on how to strengthen its innovation system in order to underpin the economic development. The first case study took place in the region of Cantabria, in Spain in 2007.
