Norway - Phase 2: Report on Implementation of the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention
This OECD Working Group on Bribery report evaluates Norway’s application of the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention and the 1997 Revised Recommendation. Specifically the report evaluates and recommends measures to improve Norway’s awareness, prevention, detection and prosecution of the foreign bribery offence. Further efforts to raise awareness by certain public institutions, introduction of a reporting obligation for the administration, and full use of all available economic sanctions are among the recommendations.
