Hungary - Phase 1 Bis: Report on Implementation of the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention
This country report reviews Hungary’s progress in conforming its legislation to the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention. In particular the report reviews the amendments to the Hungarian Criminal Code and a new law on the criminal sanctions applicable to legal persons. This Phase 1 Bis report is intended to supplement the Hungary Phase 1 report, not replace it.
