SIGMA Programme
Website for the Sigma programme: Support for Improvement in Governance and Management. Sigma is a joint initiative of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the European Union (EU), principally financed by the European Union.
Sigma works with the following partner countries:
New EU Member States (Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia)
EU Candidate Countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania and Turkey)
Western Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro / Montenegro, Serbia and Kosovo).
