Fiscal Decentralisation Survey - Czech Republic
A country report which gives a presentation of the expenditure and taxing powers across levels of government in the Czech Republic, together with an evaluation of subnational descretion in financial decision-making and the nature of the 'hard budget constraints', imposed by central governments on the subnational authorities.
The report was prepared by the Czech government in 2000.
