OECD International Regulation Database: Use of command and control regulation
This spreadsheet contains data from the OECD International Regulation Database that are used to calculate the indicator of use of command and control regulation in 1998 and 2003. This indicator reflects the extent to which government uses coercive (as opposed to incentive-based) regulation in general and in specific service sectors and is one of 16 low-level indicators in the system of indicators of Product Market Regulation. |
