Health Workforce Projects
Since many OECD member countries are concerned about shortages in their health workforce, the OECD has reinitiated analysis of the workforce structure. The project will focus on modelling approaches on demand and supply to help shape policy, issues of education and skills as well as recruitment and human resource governance structures. |
