ICT Use by Businesses: Revised OECD Model Survey
This paper presents a revised OECD model survey on information and communication technology (ICT) use by businesses. It is intended to provide guidance for the collection of statistics on business use of ICT, including e-business and e-commerce. Countries are encouraged to use the model as a core part of their survey development in this area of ICT statistics. |
