DAC countries’ bilateral aid commitments in support of HIV/AIDS control rose to USD 5 bn in 2007. The figure rises to USD 7.3 bn. if imputed multilateral contributions are taken into account (donor countries’ aid through the Global Fund and other international organisations). |
