Estimates of investment levels and shares of ICT investment in total non residential Gross Fixed Capital Formation (GFCF) permit the comparison of ICT investment across countries. The OECD estimates are based on national data and Groningen Growth and Development Centre Total Economy Growth Accounting Database (http://www.ggdc.net) and EU KLEMS database (http://www.euklems.net/). Total GFCF and GDP are based on estimates from the OECD Annual National Accounts.
