5th Annual Meeting of the OECD LEED Forum on Partnerships and Local Governance

The meeting focused on Building Strong Partnerships with the Private Sector for Better Jobs and Inclusion. Public sector institutions increasingly understand that working with business at the local level is crucial for promoting quality jobs and social inclusion. Localities are gearing education and training to business needs. Some regions are upgrading local skills demand, working with business to improve productivity thus increasing the availability of good quality jobs. A collective response is required from industry, government, educational institutions, trade unions and community.

Conférence sur “Les stratégies efficaces de développement local : échange d’expériences entre l’Amérique latine et l’OCDE", Bogota, Colombie

Cette conférence a été organisée par le Programme LEED de l’OCDE en partenariat avec la Corporation Andine de Développement (CAF).  Cet évènement a donné une occasion unique aux autorités publiques de l'Amérique latine et de la région de l’OCDE d’échanger leurs expériences en la définition, la mis en œuvre et l’évaluation de stratégies de développement local. 

9ème Forum international sur les statistiques du tourisme

Le 9ème forum a porté sur les cinq thèmes suivants : i) Les évolutions des comportements touristiques ; ii) Les entreprises du secteur du tourisme ; iii) Les enquêtes auprès des visiteurs ; iv) Les nouvelles approches de collecte de données; et v) l’utilisation avancée des systèmes d’information pour le tourisme. Les conclusions ont permis de nouvelles améliorations en matière de statistiques du tourisme.

Capacity Building for Effective Partnerships – An Active Review in Croatia

The Fourth Forum Meeting ‘Partnerships for Skills and Competitiveness’, Vienna, Austria
