African Economic Outlook media briefing, Paris, 16 May 11 a.m.

The fifth edition of the African Economic Outlook, jointly published by the OECD Development Centre and the African Development Bank,  will be launched during the African Development Bank annual meetings on Tuesday 16 May 2006 in Ougadougou, Burkina Faso. Media briefing will also take place in Paris, at the Centre d’accueil de la presse étrangère (CAPE). AEO 2005/2006 includes 30 country notes, a statistical annex and a special focus on transport infrastructure in Africa. Contact: Sandrine.Sabatier@oecd.org .

African Economic Outlook 2004/2005 Launched at the Annual Meeting of the AfDB in Abuja, Nigeria

This annual report jointly published by the OECD Development Centre and the African Development Bank reviews the recent economic situation and the short-term evolutions of African countries. It includes an overview of the continent, 29 country notes, a statistical annex and a focus on small and medium enterprises issues in Africa.
