3rd Meeting of Group of Senior Officials on Reform of the Water Supply and Sanitation Sector in EECCA, 2-3 February 2004, Paris, France

This was the third meeting of the Group. The Group has been established according to the conclusions of the Ministerial Consultation on Water Management and Investments in Almaty, October 2000. The main objective of the Group is to promote policy reforms in the urban water sector and to elaborate practical approaches for the implementation of the Almaty Guiding Principles for the Reform of the Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Sector in the EECCA.

INECE-OECD Workshop on Environmental Compliance and Enforcement Indicators

Responding to growing worldwide interest in developing and applying environmental compliance and enforcement indicators, the OECD and the INECE organised, on 3rd and 4th November, 2003 in Paris, a workshop which assisted enforcement agencies in designing enforcement and compliance indicators and using them for agencies’ performance assessment.

OECD-China Seminar on Environmental Indicators

This seminar is part of the OECD’s Programme of Dialogue and Co-operation with China. It was organised under the auspices of OECD Working Group on Environmental Information and Outlooks (WGEIO), and in close co-operation with the State Environmental Protection Administration of China (SEPA) and the Chinese Academy for Environmental Planning (CAEP). The seminar is a follow-up to an earlier OECD-China seminar on environmental monitoring, Beijing, 12-14 April 1999. The seminar was attended by 90 officials from OECD member countries, China and international organisations.

5th Pan-European Ministerial Conference

14th Meeting of the Task Force for the Implementation of the Envrionment Action Programme for Central and Eastern Europe (EAP Task Force)
