Scoping Workshop on Environmental Fiscal Reform

The Development Assistance Committee's Working Party on Development Co-operation and Environment (WP-ENV) agreed to take forward its work on environmental fiscal reform. As a result, a workshop was held in January 2003, the objective of which was to agree on the focus, possible outputs and process.
